Roy's pan-Asian restaurant is offering an extensive Special Course Menu for New Year's Eve, for those looking for a decadent meal in a truly enchanting setting above Tokyo by night. This satisfying special includes assorted appetizers (Roy's-style fl an with duck tataki, kakiage-tempura and toshi-koshi soba); salad (garden fresh greens); a ‘combo-style entrée' (roasted farci-style chicken with taro, crab meat and pork and take-gushi style seared shrimp with truffl e cream and curry oil); dessert (hanabi-style white chocolate mousse with kira-kira passion sauce). The New Year Countdown Party is Foley's biggest dance party of the year, and every year's bash has a different theme to get people dressed up and in the mood to party.
