Fukushima, Regional Managing Director-Japan, Korn/Ferry International.

The keynote speakers will examine the large-scale issues related to this theme, while the two following breakout sessions will focus on English-language education for children as well as university-level international education. These simultaneous breakout panels are Universities— Developing the Human Resources for a Global Japan, and Elementary and Secondary Education.

Speakers in the smaller panel sessions include the CEO of Citigroup Japan Holdings (Mr. Douglas L. Peterson), Dr. Naohiro Yashiro, Professor of International Christian University, and Dr. Mike Bostwick, Director of the English Immersion Program, Katoh Gakuen (Pre K–12).
