Family Festival at ISSH
Next month the International School of the Sacred Heart (ISSH) will host its 30th Annual Family Festival. International food booths, along with carnival games, live entertainment, vendors, and a raffle of exciting prizes, will fill the ISSH campus in Hiroo on Saturday, Nov. 10 from 10am to 4pm, rain or shine. The 2007 Family Festival will focus on the many vibrant nationalities and cultures that make Tokyo such an exciting place to live. The food booths are a central feature of the festival each year, representing a wide variety of countries with fabulous authentic cuisine and a glimpse into many cultures.
But this festival isn’t just about food and drink! Throughout the day, live entertainment will showcase celebrations and art form from all around the world. This year’s festival promises to be even more special as it marks the centennial year of ISSH: 100 years of educating the young international community of Tokyo! Bring your family and enjoy the day.
ISSH is a ten minute walk from Hiroo Station on the Hibiya Subway line. For additional information contact the school at 03-3400-3951 or visit www.issh.ac.jp.
